As a nonprofit partnership intermediary, we help small businesses and higher education institutions connect with government labs to accelerate technology transfer, licensing, and commercialization. We hold Partnership Intermediary Agreements (PIAs) with the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
