The NYSTEC Community Involvement Committee (CIC) has identified the Elementary School in Camden, NY as a local district that could use assistance for classroom supplies. The annual CIC Back-to-School initiative awarded Camden Elementary $800 to purchase much needed classroom staples, including colored markers and mini whiteboards for interactive student learning activities.
An article describing NYSTEC’s contribution to the school district was featured in the Camden Central School newsletter as well as the Camden paper. NYSTEC is proud to support our local public-school teachers and students, and we actively encourage participation in activities and initiatives that support the betterment of our local communities.
