NYSTEC’s acts of kindness and generosity continued this holiday season with the Rome office supporting the Liberty Resources’ Help Restore Hope Centers based in Madison and Chenango Counties in New York. Gifts were purchased, wrapped and presented to five families in residence at the facilities. A total of 12 residents, including mothers and their children, received a generous selection of coats, gloves, hats, diapers, wipes, pajamas, and other essential items donated by NYSTEC to the Liberty Resources’ emergency shelter.
Liberty Resources’ Help Restore Hope Centers provide linkages to safe housing, crisis counseling, advocacy, and long-term solutions for survivors of domestic violence, child abuse, dating violence and other forms of abuse.
Rome office team members, Stephanie H., Beth W., Jodie C., Marlana W., Larry A., Chris C., and Leila R. were all on hand for a wrapping party to make a real difference for these struggling families.
All items were delivered to a very appreciative Liberty Resources staff.
Thank you to everyone who participated!
