Final Rule For EHR Meaningful Use Announced

July 13, 2010

On July 13, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) announced the final rule on requirements for meaningful use that providers must achieve in order to receive incentive payments for electronic health records (EHRs) under the HITECH Act.  The final rule is available in the Federal Register.
