A New York State agency looking to contract with NYSTEC using the single-source OGS contract (number CMR524A) should follow these four simple steps:

STEP 1: Submit a short concept paper to the New York State Office for Technology for approval of the project.

STEP 2: Request a Technical and Cost Proposal from NYSTEC.

STEP 3: Submit the proposal, NYS OFT approval letter, and other agency-required documents (including form AC-340) through the agency’s normal process for buying off a single-source state contract.

STEP 4: When the contract is ready, authorize NYSTEC to begin work.
